Emergencies during business hours

If you have an emergency during our operating hours please bring your pet straight to us. We will prioritise emergency patients.

• Mon-Fri     9am-5pm

• Saturday  10am-2pm

What to do in an emergency

• Keep calm and reassure your pet.

• Move to a safe place (if possible).

• Contact us (or your nearest emergency centre) for advice on what to do next.

• If bringing your pet to us or another emergency vet clinic, make your pet as comfortable as possible in your vehicle and let us know when you arrive so we can collect you from the car.
